International Committee
We export products, not man-hours: Ukrainian solutions should sell under their own flag.
For decades Ukrainian software went abroad anonymously — as outsourced hours under other people's brands. The committee works for a different model: Ukrainian products under Ukrainian names on the world market's shelves. A product exports margin, brand and negotiating power for the country; outsourcing exports only people's time. Our members prove it is possible — from ASKOD in Berlin to product solutions competing in the EU as equals.
We connect member companies with the state's export instruments — the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, Diia.Business programmes, MFA trade missions — and with partner associations abroad. Every new market opened by one member is a trodden path for the next. The goal is measurable: a Ukrainian name in every major European tender, and an export structure where products grow faster than outsourced hours.
Where we lead the industry
Four tracks of the Association's international work.
Product exports
Shifting the IT export mix from service hours to licences, subscriptions and SaaS — revenue that scales without linear headcount growth.
Association partnerships
Agreements with industry bodies in the EU, UK and US: market intelligence exchange, joint events, mutual representation.
National booths
Collective member presence at key exhibitions — from Berlin to London: together it is cheaper and more visible.
Pushing the aggressor out of markets
Consistent work to make Russian software lose not only the Ukrainian but the global market — sanctions advocacy with partners.
What we do daily
Market intelligence
We prepare target-market analytics for members: regulation, sales channels, local partners.
State export instruments
We help companies use the Export Office and Diia.Business programmes — from exhibition grants to trade missions.
First-deal support
We share vetted lawyers, distributors and the practice of localising products for EU requirements.
How we work
Collective market entry
We enter new markets in company groups with a shared booth and a shared message about product Ukraine.
The state as an ally
We synchronise with the MFA and trade missions: the 2026 MFA–Export Office memorandum opened diplomatic infrastructure to business.
Success stories
We turn every member's won deal into a public case study — the best advertising for the next one.
Current initiatives
Export programme map
A single directory of grants, missions and booths for IT exporters — so no support programme goes unused.
A Ukrainian shelf in the EU
A pilot collective catalogue of member products for European public and corporate procurement.
Association partner network
Building agreements with industry bodies in partner countries — from Poland to the US.
