Ukraine has officially adopted the Operational Command Center's automated system (R&D project "Dzvin-AS"). Minister of Defense Oleksii Reznikov announced that he signed the corresponding order on December 6.
"It turned out to be a unique gift for the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Our military is extremely interested in a strategic-level automated control system (ACS) and has long been awaiting its full-scale deployment," he stated.
Reznikov noted that the system successfully passed departmental tests in the spring of 2022, followed by state trials. According to him, all formal procedures are now complete, and the General Staff will proceed to determine the parameters for scaling this ACS.
The "Dzvin-AS" ACS is an automated combat command and control system that enables the rapid generation of combat management documents, tracks changes on the battlefield map, provides real-time logistics data, and calculates force ratios for various operational scenarios.
